getVersion() now prints Git commit hash
If DokuWiki is running from Git, on Admin page Version will be shown as
`Git YYYY-MM-DD (<COMMIT>)`.
COMMIT is the abbreviated hash if shell_exec() can be used to retrieve
information from git log, or the full hash otherwise.
